Sister Philip Marie, Order of the Adoration of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, A Gem in God’s Treasure

Sister Philip Marie, a friend to all,
Generously answered God’s service call,
She spread His blessings around the world
And carried His Cross like a flag unfurled.

Middle-America nurtured this soul
To one day reach Heaven as her goal.
To join her, she invited thousands of others –
Fathers, sisters, mothers, brothers.

Six continents invited her as their guest –
Ordinary souls then went away blessed.
Her tireless energy and sweet inspiration
Brought knowledge of triumph, prayer, and celebration.

Workshops and retreats informed ignorant minds
Far corners she brightened with faith that binds,
She pierced the dark with the Lord’s great light
And spread His story of glory by day and by night.

The cherished True Cross she carried, for sure,
But charisma, devotion drew strangers to her.
Her eyes brightly twinkled, smiles wrinkled her face
As she offered each person a share of God’s grace.
